Who we are

Juliet Cohen, Founder & Director

With over two decades of experience across diverse sectors and global organisations, Juliet brings calm, clarity and deep expertise to even the most sensitive HR challenges.

Prior to founding Cohere HR, Juliet held senior HR and Employee Relations roles at leading companies including Meta, Thomson Reuters, the BBC, and Marks & Spencer. She has led regional teams through large-scale change, managed complex ER cases, and partnered with leadership through M&A and organisational transformation.

Juliet is a TCN and OCN accredited workplace mediator. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master of Laws in Employment Law.   She is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and member of the Association of Mental Health First Aiders.  Known for her integrity, professionalism, and practical approach, Juliet works in partnership with clients to build healthy, high-performing workplaces.
